PROJECT DESCRIPTION
These Terms of Service will remain in effect for all future engagements between Client and TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA, or until Terms or Service are edited or amended by TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA. Any modifications of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. Fees outlined below are a list of rates for future engagements. This is not an invoice.
Media to display a property in its best light. The media will be appropriate for the size, features, and number of rooms of a property. Media will be provided via a Client Access link at www.24NorthMedia.com within 24-48 hours and are delivered in both web (Lo-res) and print (Hi-res) resolutions.
For orders based on square footage of the space, home, or location; the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly if the incorrect square footage is given at time or order.
Short Term Rentals: These projects require special licensing for image use. License for photo use is two (2) years. Minimum of 15 photos will be licensed.
Commercial and Multi-Family: One-Time licensing Fee. Copyright/Rights and Usage terms apply.
SCHEDULING AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Requests for media appointments should be submitted via phone at 248-758-8429, or by email to
[email protected] with as much detail as possible. We will reply within 24 hours to verify the date, time, and location of the shoot. Next day orders are difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered booked.
AT THE SHOOT
The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA's interpretation of the project. If a Client or Brokerage representative is not present, TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA's interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot. All properties will be shot �??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢??As Is.�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢?�??????�?????�????�???�??�?� Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent of your input, TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA will use their best judgment and experience to decide how best to shoot the property.
AFTER THE SHOOT
Once the media has been made, TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA will perform digital retouching and deliver to you within 24-48 hours. Delivery is via our Client Access link sent to the email address(es) you supply. All media will be delivered in both Web resolution (Lo-Res) and Print resolution (Hi-Res).
CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of rate for all scheduled services. Arriving late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling. In the event of inclement weather preventing media to be completed, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.
RIGHTS AND USAGE
All media produced for a Client may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the sale or promotion of the property and for the Client's self-promotion. The media may also be used by the Client's parent company (if applicable) for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property. Ownership of the media remains with TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA, and license is granted only to the Client and Client's parent company, and not to any third party. Any usage of the media by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, buyers, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA. TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA retains the right to use any and all media for promotion and marketing purposes.
PAYMENT
TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA will supply an invoice with all media fees detailed, delivered to the Client via email with the final media. Payment is accepted via credit card online (a payment link will be sent with the invoice), or by check. Please make checks payable to "TWENTY FOUR NORTH MEDIA", and mail to 890 Lakewood Dr, Lake Orion, MI 48362. Payment is due within 15 Days of receipt of invoice. Late payments will be subject to a 15% late fee on the invoiced amount.
